Giving Landlords peace of mind that their properties are being looked after and managed properly with all legally required certification completed.
Tenants have peace of mind that the property is well managed and maintained. If there is an issue with a property, we endeavour to act quickly ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently. We only let properties that we would be happy to live in ourselves.
We pride ourselves in never having a rent default, although it is impossible to guarantee this for future payments we will always try our best to resolve any payment issues as quickly as possible.
10 years experience of letting our own houses along with our clients we have gain a mass of local knowledge throughout Staffordshire and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for landlords who would like a hassle free personal service, and tenants who would like a quality home.
